- Fill in the Application Form
- Acknowledge the Privacy Notice (below)
- Make a Gift Aid declaration
- Choose a gilet/shirt from the drop-down menu, enter size in the box (check MERCHANDISE page for sizes)
- And finally click SUBMIT button
- Activate your direct debit when you receive the GoCardless link, which will be emailed to you by the RCC Hon Treasurer.

Use of Personal Data: Your data is used for communications from the Club to Members –
• To invite Members to participate in Tennis activities, attend social and fund-raising events.
• To inform Members of The Club’s activities in relation to its support of the game of Tennis.
• To inform Members of Meetings send out meeting papers, newsletters and similar items.
• For any other legitimate use for furthering the game of Tennis and other Club activities.
Processing of Personal Data: Your personal data may be processed by any Executive Committee Member of the Club for the following purposes: Maintaining a Membership Database, record of payments including date, for subscriptions, events and fund raising, for newsletters and any activity in support of the Club.
Only if you consent, your contact details (Name, email address phone number) will be shared with other members.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data: The Club needs to process personal data in order to operate, ie it has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data and needs to do so to perform its contract with you as a member.
Retention of Data: In general, we will endeavour to keep data only for as long as we need it. This means that we will delete it when it is no longer needed. We will keep some records permanently if we are legally required to do so. We may keep some records for an extended period of time. For example, it is currently best practice to keep financial records for a minimum period of 8 years to support HMRC audits or provide tax information.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data: You can contact us to request the personal data we hold on you by emailing martvillage@gmail.com We will provide this within 30 days.
If the data we hold on you is out of date or incorrect, you can inform us and your data will be updated.
If you feel that we should no longer be using your personal data, you can request that we erase the personal data we hold. We will confirm whether the personal data has been deleted or the reason why it cannot be deleted (for example because we need it for to comply with a legal obligation).
